Football: le Congolais Chancel Mbemba remporte le Prix Marc-Vivien Foé 2023

Le Congolais Chancel Mbemba a remporté, ce mardi 30 mai 2023, le Prix Marc-Vivien Foé 2023, récompensant le meilleur joueur africain du Championnat de France de football (Ligue 1).

Selon le classement du jury composé d’une centaine de participants, Chancel Mbemba (Marseille) a obtenu 207 points devant l'Ivoirien Seko Fofana (Lens), tenant du titre qui en a récolté 196. Avec 125 points, le Nigérian Terem Moffi (Nice) est arrivé à la troisième place.

C’est une première depuis la création du Prix Marc-Vivien Foé qu’un défenseur est arrivé en tête des votes, soulignent RFI et France 24 qui organisent le vote. Chancel Mbemba est le deuxième joueur congolais à être sacré après Gaël Kakuta en 2021.
