Lakota : Le maire Prince Arthur Dalli retrouve la liberté
Imprisoned since January 23, the mayor of Lakota, Prince Arthur Dalli, was released on Monday, February 16, 2026. This release, accompanied by placement under judicial supervision, was confirmed by his political office via a press release sent to AIP.
Although the legal proceedings are ongoing, the elected official has pledged to strictly adhere to his legal obligations. In his message, the mayor called for calm and unity, reiterating his commitment to working for peace and the development of his municipality.
