The Western Cape: To dismantle the drug gangs that are terrorizing the neighborhoods of Cape Town.
Gauteng (Johannesburg): To combat illegal mining networks in gold-bearing areas.
The Eastern Cape: An extension of the initial plan to target entrenched crime syndicates.
