Tensions rose immediately upon the arrival of the Lions of Teranga. The Senegalese Football Federation (FSF) deplores the complete lack of security at the train station, exposing the players to crowd surges.

From a logistical standpoint, the situation was hardly better:

1. Accommodation: It took an official protest for the delegation to be moved to a 5-star hotel suitable for the high level.
2. Training: Refusing to train at the Mohammed VI Complex (opponent's base camp) for reasons of fairness, Senegal is still waiting for a confirmed official training ground.

2. The ticket war: An insufficient quota?

The ticketing system is the third point of contention. The FSF considers access to prestigious seats to be ridiculously limited and criticizes the restrictive management:

1. VVIP: Only 2 places allocated.
2. Supporters: Approximately 2,850 tickets obtained (all categories combined), a figure that seems quite low compared to the fervor of the Senegalese fans.

3. The appeal to the CAF

For Senegalese officials, these irregularities are damaging the image of the competition. The federation is demanding "immediate corrective measures" from the Confederation of African Football to guarantee equal treatment and respect for fair play before kickoff.
