Gabon/Incendie au Tribunal de Libreville : Le Ministre de la Justice tape du poing sur la table
Following the serious incident that occurred on February 25, 2026 at the Libreville Court of First Instance, the Minister of Justice, Dr. Augustin Emane , officially ordered the opening of an administrative investigation.
In a public statement this Tuesday, March 3, the minister expressed his solidarity with the court clerks, who were the targets of an exceptionally violent attack. Describing the incident as "unacceptable," the minister reiterated the sanctity of the judicial system, which cannot tolerate such excesses.

As a reminder, on February 25th, a user, exasperated by the disappearance of a court file, allegedly attempted to set fire to the civil registry. She reportedly doused not only the archives but also the staff present with gasoline.
