Révolution numérique en Centrafrique : Le projet « Dûnîa » digitalise l’administration de l’Économie
The Central African Republic has reached a historic milestone in the modernization of its state. On February 23, 2026, under the leadership of President Faustin Archange Touadéra, Dûnîa was launched, the first large-scale digital platform integrating all the processes of a sovereign ministry.
Developed for the Ministry of Economy, Planning and International Cooperation (MEPCI), Dûnîa is more than just a management tool. It is a strategic lever of the National Development Plan (PND 2024-2028) . According to Minister Richard Filakota, this modular platform maps all ministerial functions, from human resource management to complex macroeconomic analyses.
Based on a cutting-edge architecture (open-source microservices and data encryption), Dûnîa guarantees 99.8% availability. The expected benefits are tangible:
With over $9 billion pledged at the Casablanca Roundtable in 2025, managing international aid has become a crucial issue. Thanks to its new central project registry, Dûnîa enables automated and transparent tracking of funds, thus avoiding duplication and optimizing every dollar invested in the country's development.
