Salamat : Les forces de sécurité reçoivent quarante nouvelles motos pour renforcer leur mobilité

The governor of Salamat province, General Ismat Issakha Acheikh, officially handed over a significant consignment of vehicles to the local defense and security forces (FDS) on Friday, March 6, 2026. This ceremony, held at the governorate headquarters, is part of a national strategy aimed at optimizing the effectiveness of units in the field.

A response to geographical challenges

This donation, consisting of 40 new motorcycles , is specifically aimed at addressing access difficulties in remote areas of the province. Where heavy vehicles struggle to circulate, these two-wheeled vehicles will provide units with:

Increased responsiveness during emergency interventions.
Increased surveillance of road networks.
More effective local protection for citizens and their property.

A call for responsibility

In his speech, General Ismat Issakha Acheikh emphasized that this gesture reflects the state's commitment to modernizing the equipment of the security forces. He firmly instructed the military hierarchy, represented by the deputy commander of Defense Zone No. 10, Orobi Tourkouni, to ensure rigorous maintenance and strictly professional use of this equipment.
