Tchad : L’ONAPE propulse l’entrepreneuriat avec le lancement du PROJIACE
The headquarters of the National Office for Employment Promotion (ONAPE) in N'Djamena served as the venue this Saturday, March 7, 2026, for the official launch of the Youth Project for Business Incubation and Acceleration (PROJIACE) . Presided over by the institution's Director General, Nassouradine Abakar Kessou , this ceremony marks a turning point in the national strategy to support Chadian youth.
For the Director General, this project is not simply an isolated initiative, but a pillar of the country's future prosperity. PROJIACE aligns directly with the major policy directions of the State:
“We are working to translate the national ambition into concrete mechanisms for entrepreneurial support, incubation and acceleration,” said Nassouradine Abakar Kessou.
