Modernisation judiciaire : 16 nouvelles juridictions ivoiriennes passent à l’e-Justice
The digital transformation of the Ivorian judicial system has reached a decisive stage. This Monday, April 20, 2026, the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Sansan Kambilé , officially launched the connection of 16 new jurisdictions to the e-justice platform from the Court of First Instance in Bingerville.
The objective of this expansion is clear: to break down geographical and administrative barriers. For the minister, this digitization meets a requirement for speed and reliability.
“Those seeking justice must benefit from the same level of speed and security, regardless of their geographical location,” stressed Sansan Kambilé.
For now, the platform is focusing on two essential documents:
With these new integrations, the e-justice network now extends to 28 jurisdictions across the country. This expansion is accompanied by the delivery of computer equipment to the presidents of the courts concerned, ensuring immediate operational readiness.
Cities are now connected:
Beyond simply issuing documents, the project ultimately aims for the complete digitization of judicial procedures. For those working on the ground, like Franck Tapé, president of the Odienné Court, the relief is palpable: automation drastically reduces physical handling and simplifies the daily lives of staff and users.
The minister concluded the ceremony by reaffirming his commitment to pursuing this deployment with "method and consistency" until every court in Ivory Coast is fully digital.
