The Ministry of State, Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Modernization, officially launches the competitive examination for the position of Communication Administrator . Five budgeted positions are available for this session.

🗓️ Calendar and Registration

1. Registration period: From Monday, March 16 to Thursday, April 30, 2026.
2. Single platform: Applications are made exclusively online at www.fonctionpublique.gouv.ci .

⚖️ Application Requirements

To apply, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Nationality: Ivorian.
2. Age: Between 18 and 47 years old (as of December 31, 2025).
3. Required qualifications: * DESCOM (Journalism or Audiovisual Production).
4. Engineering degree (Communication, HR & Communication, or Marketing & Advertising).
5. Master's degree in Communication or HR & Communication.

📂 Digital File (Accepted formats: PDF, JPEG, JPG, PNG)

The following documents must be uploaded during registration:

1. National identity card or first page of a valid passport.
2. Extract from birth certificate (or supplementary judgment) dated 2026 .
3. Required diploma (or certificate of equivalence for foreign diplomas).
4. CMU enrollment card or receipt.

💳 Fees and Physical Formalities

1. Total cost: 31,000 FCFA (23,500 FCFA registration fee + 7,500 FCFA for the digital kit), payable online.
2. Photo shoot & Declaration of honor: To be completed during the registration period in one of the regional offices (Abidjan, Yamoussoukro, Bouaké, Daloa, Korhogo, Man, San Pedro, Gagnoa, Abengourou, Bondoukou).
