La DGBF confirme son excellence : un bilan 2025 exemplaire et un déficit maîtrisé à 3 %

The Directorate General of Budget and Finance (DGBF) concluded its annual review seminar on February 13, 2026, in Yamoussoukro. Under the chairmanship of Director General Traoré Seydou, the institution demonstrated its robust health , achieving 100% of its 2025 strategic action plan .

Key performance indicators for 2025:

Budgetary discipline: The deficit was kept at 3% of GDP, scrupulously respecting international and community commitments.
Operational efficiency: In addition to the success of the strategic plan, the overall activity program achieved 93.3% completion, supported by the SIGO-B digital tool.
Certified quality: Placed under the sign of the ISO 9001 version 2015 standard, this assessment confirms the maturity of results-oriented management.

The 2026 budget, already submitted to Parliament within the constitutional deadlines, demonstrates a commitment to increased transparency. For the coming year, the DGBF has set ambitious objectives: finalizing the payroll management tool, preparing the 2027-2029 budget framework, and ensuring the sustainability of its quality assurance process.
