The written exams for the 2026 Baccalaureate concluded this Friday, June 19th, throughout Ivory Coast. For hundreds of thousands of high school students, the stress of the exams has now given way to waiting for the results.

📅 The date of the results announcement

According to forecasts, the official date for the announcement of the results is set for Monday, July 6, 2026 at 2:00 PM .

This two-and-a-half-week period provides the Directorate of Examinations and Competitions (DECO) with the necessary time to complete the correction of the papers and the deliberations of the juries.

🔍 How to view the results?

From the fateful hour of July 6th, two options will be available to the candidates:

  1. At the examination center: Candidates will be able to collect their physical grade report. Please note that it will be mandatory to present the original summons as well as a valid form of identification .
  2. Online: The results will be available on the official website men-deco.org . As every year, significant disruptions or slow access are expected during the first few hours due to the massive influx of connections.

📊 Admission thresholds: no change in 2026

In response to the misinformation circulating, Minister N'Guessan Koffi reassured the educational community: the passing grade remains unchanged . The rumor of a change to 250 points has been formally denied.

To obtain their diploma, candidates will need to achieve the following averages:

  1. General and artistic BAC: A minimum of 200 points out of 400 .
  2. Technical Baccalaureate: A minimum of 240 points out of 480 .

The indicators for this 2026 session will be closely scrutinized by stakeholders in the education system. As a reminder, the 2025 session registered 332,515 candidates and resulted in a national pass rate of 40.15% , marking a significant increase of 5.98 points compared to 2024.
