Bouaké : Le quartier Kennedy accueille sa toute première école primaire
As part of the ambitious "Bouaké Nouveau" program, Mayor Amadou Koné and his municipal council have taken a historic step for the Kennedy neighborhood. Long lacking a public school, this residential area has just been equipped with a brand-new Public Primary School (EPP), scheduled to open for the 2026-2027 school year.
A modern, local infrastructure: The new facility comprises six classrooms, administrative offices, and restrooms. To complement this educational offering, a preschool will also be built on the same site. This initiative puts an end to the ordeal faced by young students in the neighborhood who, until now, had to travel long distances to attend school.
A massive plan for education: This construction is part of a larger project aimed at rehabilitating and creating 210 schools during the current municipal term. With a total investment of 4.2 billion FCFA (approximately 20 million FCFA per site), the municipality reaffirms its commitment to modernizing education and providing a dignified learning environment for the children of Bouaké.
