Formation Professionnelle : Jean-Louis Moulot et Mayelia Participations s'unissent pour l'avenir des jeunes
The technical education sector in Côte d'Ivoire has reached a new milestone. This Friday, April 10, 2026, in Abidjan, Minister Delegate Jean-Louis Moulot formalized a strategic partnership with the Mayelia Participations group, headed by David Fofana. This alliance has a clear objective: to transform theoretical learning into concrete professional opportunities.
For David Fofana, CEO of Mayelia Participations, this commitment addresses a national emergency. The group aligns itself with the ministerial vision to correct the imbalance between the skills acquired by young people and the actual needs of the labor market.
The ambition is significant: to increase the proportion of students directed towards technical fields from 5% to 15%.
The agreement is not limited to good intentions and is broken down into several operational areas:
Minister Jean-Louis Moulot welcomed this major investment, describing Mayelia Participations as an essential player in training thanks to its own academy.
"Beyond the equipment, alternating reception represents a considerable human and financial investment," the minister stressed.
This memorandum of understanding is just the first step in a larger project. Jean-Louis Moulot indicated that discussions are already underway with numerous other Ivorian companies to expand this collaborative model.
