Napié : L'association « Génération Gagnante » investit dans l'avenir des élèves du Lycée Charles Valy Tuho
On the eve of the end-of-year holidays, the town of Napié (16 km from Korhogo) resonated with a spirit of solidarity. On Thursday, December 18, 2025, the Génération Gagnante association, composed of alumni from the 2002-2006 graduating class, returned to their childhood home to donate a significant amount of educational materials to the Lycée Moderne Charles Valy Tuho.
Concrete support for local education. Valued at 350,000 FCFA , this donation includes boxes of notebooks, reams of paper, and boxes of chalk. For Sekongo Tenelo Yaya, president of the association, this gesture aims to improve academic results: “Education is the foundation of development. We want to inspire our younger students to study seriously because the future belongs to the educated.”
The action also benefited the Primary Education Inspectorate (IEP) of Napié, demonstrating a comprehensive vision of the local education system.
Tribute to the teaching staff: The highlight of the ceremony was the tribute paid to Mr. Silué Gnenipoh , a biology teacher. He was honored for his exceptional dedication during the years he trained the donors. The Sub-Prefect of Napié, Mr. Philippe Agnero, took the opportunity to call on the students to be responsible in the face of social ills (drugs, teenage pregnancies, and early school leaving).
