Fête du Travail : Le Gouvernement Ivoirien mise sur le Dialogue Social et le Pouvoir d'Achat
On the occasion of May 1st, 2026 , Prime Minister Robert Beugré Mambé presided over the official Labor Day ceremony at the Prime Minister's Office. Representing the President of the Republic, the head of government took this opportunity to reiterate the State's commitment to the sustainable improvement of the quality of life of Ivorian workers.
The Prime Minister sought to reassure the trade unions: their demands would not be ignored. He promised concrete responses , the result of ongoing consultation.
In a complex regional context, Mr. Mambé commended the work of the Defense and Security Forces. He paid particular tribute to the Deputy Prime Minister (Defense) and the Minister of the Interior for securing the territory, a prerequisite for a stable working environment.
Faced with inflation linked to global geopolitical tensions, the government reaffirmed its commitment to mitigating the impact on household budgets. At the same time, two priorities were highlighted:
