Côte d’Ivoire : un élève tué dans un accident impliquant un camion de ciment à Grégbeu
A serious traffic accident occurred this morning in Grégbeu , on the road leading to Zoukougbeu . A truck weighing over 70 tons , carrying cement, ran off the road near the gas station.
During the accident, a student was violently struck . Despite the rapid intervention of the firefighters , the victim succumbed to his injuries .
The exact circumstances of the accident are still under investigation. An inquiry is expected to be launched to shed light on this tragedy, which once again raises the issue of road safety , particularly concerning heavy goods vehicle traffic.
