Paris : un homme mis en examen après avoir tenté de violer une voisine dans un hall d’immeuble du 19e
Abdrahmane D., 28, was detained this week at the Fresnes remand center. A neighbor's intervention prevented him from fleeing during the attack on September 20.
On Saturday, September 20, around 6 p.m., a 20-year-old woman left her apartment. As she entered the hall, an individual pinned her against the wall, pushed her to the ground, and then attempted to tear off her clothes. Alerted by screams, a neighbor intervened and put him to flight. The young woman's "rescuer" recognized the attacker: he was a neighbor who lived on the 4th floor of the same building, a man named Abdrahmane D., unemployed, aged 28.
Following his attack, the fugitive fell 15 meters after throwing himself off a wall in circumstances that remain unclear. The man was rushed to Beaujon Hospital in Clichy (Hauts-de-Seine) with multiple fractures and required several operations.
Judicial police investigators picked up the suspect as he left the facility early in the afternoon of October 13 and placed him in custody. Abdrahmane D. is now incarcerated at the Fresnes remand center.
