Fermeture d'une boulangerie-pâtisserie à Clermont-Ferrand suite à de graves problèmes d'hygiène

The Dallier bakery-pastry shop, well known to the inhabitants of the center of Clermont-Ferrand (Puy-de-Dôme), was forced to close immediately by administrative order this Monday.

Located at 29 rue de la Cartoucherie, the establishment was subject to an inspection by state services which revealed serious breaches of hygiene and safety standards , leading the prefecture of Puy-de-Dôme to take this radical decision to guarantee consumer safety .

🔍 Reasons for the closure

The inspectors highlighted several anomalies deemed very worrying:

  1. A widespread lack of hygiene within the premises.
  2. Poor control of food storage conditions .
  3. A lack of traceability concerning certain products held.
  4. Equipment and preparation areas requiring urgent refurbishment .

✅ Towards a reopening soon?

This sanction, reported notably by Ici Pays d'Auvergne , is not yet final . The prefecture clarified that the closure will be lifted as soon as the establishment has made all the required corrections and is able to demonstrate its compliance with current hygiene regulations .

The Dallier bakery-pastry shop will therefore have to quickly get itself in compliance in order to hope to reopen its doors to its customers.
