France/Mairie de Fresnes : 10 mineurs mis en examen après le saccage
The investigation is progressing rapidly following the violence that targeted the town hall of Fresnes (Val-de-Marne) on March 27. On Friday, the Créteil public prosecutor's office announced the indictment of ten teenagers , aged 14 to 16. Seven of them are subject to judicial supervision, while the other three have received a provisional educational order.
The charges include damaging public property as part of a group, theft, and participating in a violent group. As a reminder, around thirty individuals forced their way into the town hall using fireworks and iron bars the day before the inauguration of the new mayor, Christophe Carlier (LR). The damage is estimated at over €50,000 .
