🎯 Your Mission

Under the supervision of the Director of the EJA, you will be the driving force behind the Academy's development. Your role will be to design and implement transformative learning programs to train the next generation of feminist lawyers and judges.

Key responsibilities:

1. Instructional Design: Create innovative training modules (online and in-person) aligned with international human rights standards.
2. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborating with governments, UN agencies and civil society to accredit and sustain training programs.
3. Project Management: Manage the complete training cycle, from identifying target audiences to evaluating impact.
4. Innovation: Promoting modern methods (digital platforms, laboratories, moot court competitions).

👤 Desired Profile

Technical Skills:

1. Training Expertise: Direct experience in creating and facilitating high-impact educational programs.
2. Legal background: Solid knowledge of international standards relating to women's rights.
3. Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in French, Arabic, Spanish, or Russian is a major asset.
