American boxer Gervonta "Tank" Davis is facing serious legal troubles. Arrested Wednesday night in Miami, the 31-year-old athlete is the subject of a complaint filed by his ex-girlfriend, Courtney Rossel, for physical violence, kidnapping, and false imprisonment .

The alleged facts: The incident reportedly occurred on October 27th in a strip club. According to the complainant, Davis forced her to leave the establishment before physically assaulting her in the parking lot, grabbing her by the neck and hitting her on the head.

A heavy burden of debt:

July 2025: Already arrested for similar offenses, the charges were dropped after the victim withdrew her complaint.
2023: He served 44 days in prison for a hit-and-run offense dating back to 2020.
