Vaste coup de filet à la frontière franco-allemande : 175 kg de drogue saisis
A 14-month investigation bore fruit on February 5th. The OFAST (French Anti-Drug Trafficking Office) in Strasbourg intercepted a truck traveling from Spain to Germany, discovering 158 kg of cannabis resin and 11 kg of cocaine hidden in a trailer. Searches conducted in Strasbourg and Mulhouse yielded an additional 7 kg of resin and €3,000 in cash.
Four individuals, including an alleged mastermind of Albanian nationality, have been charged and detained. The merchandise was intended to supply resale networks on both sides of the border.
