Alerte : Le CSP met en garde contre trois anciens agents du ministère de la Communication
The High Council for Advertising (CSP) of Côte d'Ivoire is calling on professionals in the sector to exercise the utmost vigilance. In an official statement dated June 26, 2026, the body announced that three former employees of the Directorate of Advertising Communication (DCP) are no longer part of the ministry's staff and are no longer authorized to act on its behalf.
Important notice: The Ministry of Communication and the CSP decline all responsibility concerning any acts, contracts or transactions that may be concluded with these three individuals.
The president of the CSP, Allassane Koné, reminds us that any company (advertisers, advertising agencies, brokers, consulting agencies) that collaborates directly or indirectly with these former agents in the context of irregular activities is subject to heavy administrative, financial and judicial sanctions .
In order to preserve the transparency and credibility of the advertising sector in Côte d'Ivoire, the authorities are asking economic operators to:
