Gouvernement : Jean-Louis Moulot nommé ministre délégué chargé de l’Enseignement technique
A new face has joined the Ivorian government team. Jean-Louis Moulot has been appointed Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Education, Literacy and Technical Education , with the specific portfolio of Technical Education , according to an official statement.
Prior to this appointment, Jean-Louis Moulot served as Director General of SODEXAM (Airport, Aeronautical and Meteorological Operating and Development Company). At the helm of this strategic organization, he led major projects related to airport management, air safety, and infrastructure development, acquiring extensive experience in governance and public management.
His appointment to this key position comes at a time when technical and vocational education is presented as a priority driver of economic development and youth employability in Côte d'Ivoire . The new Minister Delegate is thus expected to implement structural reforms aimed at adapting training to the needs of the labor market and strengthening the attractiveness of technical fields.
With this appointment, the authorities intend to inject new dynamism into a strategic sector, relying on the profile of a senior executive experienced in managing large public institutions. Jean-Louis Moulot will now be tasked with translating this vision into concrete actions to serve Ivorian youth and the country's industrial development.
