PDCI-RDA : la Direction Générale dément les rumeurs de grève pour salaires impayés

The Democratic Party of Ivory Coast (PDCI-RDA) reacted on Tuesday to a rumor circulating on social media that some of its employees were considering a strike due to unpaid wages.

In a statement signed by its General Directorate, the party founded by the late Félix Houphouët-Boigny formally denies these reports and provides details on the situation.

"The standard payment deadline for salaries is the 10th of each month. Due to technical problems encountered by the bank, the payment scheduled for the beginning of this week has been slightly delayed," the statement explains.

Management states that all payments have now been made , assuring that the situation is resolved . It also urges staff, activists, and the general public to verify information before sharing it , in order to avoid the spread of unfounded rumors that could fuel confusion.

This clarification aims to reassure party employees and to set the record straight on a matter that has generated much online commentary since last weekend.
