RHDP : les véritables raisons du désaccord entre Adama Bictogo et Kandia Camara
Tensions have erupted within the RHDP between Adama Bictogo , president of the National Assembly, and Kandia Camara , president of the Senate, during a recent meeting of the party's executive committee chaired by Prime Minister Robert Beugré Mambé .
According to several sources close to the matter, the dispute concerns the organization of the celebration of President Alassane Ouattara 's victory in the presidential election. Kandia Camara wants the event to be held in the Abobo district , where she is also mayor, while Adama Bictogo is demanding the same right for Yopougon , his district.
The point of contention appears to be related to adherence to internal procedures: Bictogo believes the decision should be made after consulting the entire RHDP leadership, while Camara reportedly took a position without waiting for the other members' opinions. This disagreement led to a heated exchange between the two leaders.
The party has not yet issued an official statement on these tensions. However, this situation highlights the challenges of coordination and power-sharing within the RHDP, as the party prepares its political activities following the presidential elections.
