Santé : l’Hôpital Mère-Enfant de Bingerville célèbre 8 ans
The Mother-Child Hospital of Bingerville celebrated its 8th anniversary on March 16, 2026. This non-profit health facility was inaugurated on March 16, 2018 in the presence of President Alassane Ouattara and First Lady Dominique Ouattara.
Built by the Children of Africa Foundation, the hospital has established itself over the years as a benchmark in healthcare dedicated to women and children in Ivory Coast .
As part of its development, the First Lady recently visited the hospital's expansion site on February 12th . This new project is dedicated to pediatric cardiac surgery , a major initiative aimed at strengthening the technical facilities and improving the care of children suffering from heart conditions.
This expansion should therefore increase the hospital's specialized care capacity and consolidate its role in the Ivorian health system.
