The Member of Parliament and Mayor, Soumahoro Farikou , emphasized the urgent need to anticipate the challenges linked to rapid urbanization and population growth. Far from being a mere administrative exercise, this plan is intended as a tool for sustainable transformation, structured around five major pillars :

The technical schedule:
The Secretary General of the Abidjan Prefecture, Dosso Sindou , welcomed the initiative, noting that the launch of this workshop marks the beginning of a "real challenge." This project also benefits from the support of the Directorate General for Decentralization and Sustainable Development (DGDDD), which sees this plan as a key lever for improving the living conditions of the citizens.
The mayor concluded by launching an appeal for solidarity: the success of Adjamé can only be achieved with the joint involvement of the State, the private sector and, above all, the inhabitants themselves.
