The National Civic Service Office (OSCN), under the Ministry of Youth Promotion, Professional Integration and Civic Service, has launched a call for applications for the new class at the Daloa Civic Service Center. This information was made public in a press release dated Monday, November 3, 2025.

1. Registration, which is free , is open until November 7, 2025 .
2. Applications are received at the Regional and Departmental Youth Directorates of the following districts:

4. Mountains
5. Gôh-Djiboua

🎯 Candidate Profiles

This opportunity is open to young women and men of Ivorian nationality who meet the following criteria:

1. Be aged between 16 and 35 years old .
2. Being unemployed , out of school , or looking for a second chance .

🎓 Training Content and Objectives

The selected young people will undergo a six (06) month residential training program. This intensive program aims to ensure their socio-professional integration while strengthening social cohesion, discipline and citizenship .

The program combines civic and citizenship education with practical professional training in various promising professions:

3. Carpentry (wood and aluminum)
4. Arts and Crafts
5. Masonry and tiling
6. Building electricity
7. Plumbing
8. Metal construction
9. Landscaping
10. Pastry and cooking
11. Building painting

This government initiative follows the inauguration of the Daloa Civic Service Centre by Prime Minister Robert Beugré Mambé, which took place on October 4, 2025.
