Ivorian viewers will soon see on their small screens, seasons 2 of the hit series "Charles Ornel" and "Les nounous". The good news was announced by the A+ Ivoire channel, which is starting its new television season under the sign of renewal and proximity to its audience. During a press conference held on Friday, October 10, 2025 at its premises in Green bureau located in Cocody (Abidjan), its Managing Director, Michel Mutombo-Cartier, unveiled the main directions of this new season, which he resolutely places under the seal of innovation, continuity and Ivorian cultural anchoring.
He emphasized the channel's desire to strengthen its connection with viewers by relying on programs with a strong popular impact. "In terms of entertainment, we will continue to explore what works, namely On se dit les Gbè and Djinzin. These are now essential events for Ivorians," he said.
Among the new additions to the schedule is Échappée Ivoirienne, a prime-time program exploring and promoting the national heritage. It complements the Dimanche Garba program, which has become a weekend classic for fans of local culture and conviviality.
On the fiction side, the channel is banking on the return of its hit series. Michel Mutombo-Cartier has announced the sequel to 220 Logements, a nostalgic production that takes viewers back to the 90s, as well as the second all-new season of Les Nounous, voted best series of the previous year. Viewers can also look forward to the return of the popular series Les Coups de la Vie, scheduled for 2026.

The Director General emphasized A+ Ivoire's key role in the national audiovisual landscape, welcoming the steady growth of its audiences, certified by the High Authority for Audiovisual Communication (HACA). "The market is taking shape; it's a young but very promising market," he explained.
Michel Mutombo-Cartier also emphasized collaboration with producers, actors, and the press, which he believes are essential to the vitality of the sector. "It is important to involve all stakeholders in audiovisual creation so that our productions continue to shine," he added.
In conclusion, he reaffirmed A+ Ivoire's commitment to offering ever richer content that reflects Ivorian cultural dynamism. "We are delighted to share our passion with the public. This new season promises to be vibrant and full of promise."
