The new Ivorian National Development Plan (NDP) has a significant ally. On February 17, 2026, the Ambassador of Turkey, Her Excellency Ms. Deniz Erdoğan Barim, confirmed to the Minister of Planning, Dr. Souleymane Diarrassouba, her country's firm commitment to financing this new strategic cycle.

Ankara is not planning to do things by halves, despite its multi-sectoral mobilization . The diplomat announced the mobilization of public and private resources to inject funds into vital sectors:

Health and Industry
Construction and Digitalization
Key infrastructure

For his part, Minister Diarrassouba welcomed this support, which aligns with President Alassane Ouattara's vision. He specifically invited Turkish investors to focus on the six pillars of the National Development Plan (PND), promising a "more transparent and accessible" program to make Côte d'Ivoire a model of economic transformation.
