Côte d’Ivoire : Anne Désirée Ouloto appelle à renforcer la lutte contre la corruption dans l’administration
The Minister of State, Minister of Public Service and Administrative Modernization, Anne Désirée Ouloto , has launched a firm appeal to strengthen the fight against corruption within the Ivorian public administration .
This statement was made on February 6, 2026 , during a meeting of senior officials and administrators. At this meeting, the Minister of State emphasized the need to firmly establish the values of ethics, transparency, and accountability in the operation of public services.
Anne Désirée Ouloto reiterated that modernizing the administration requires zero tolerance for corrupt practices , emphasizing that every public official is obligated to conduct themselves in an exemplary manner in the performance of their duties. She also stressed the importance of accountability for public managers and strict adherence to applicable laws and procedures.
