Côte d’Ivoire – ENA : la 62ᵉ promotion entame sa formation au civisme et à la discipline
On Monday, November 10, 2025, the 62nd class of the National School of Administration (ENA) took a decisive step in its journey through training dedicated to civic-mindedness, discipline and civic values , organized at the Gendarmerie School in Abidjan.
This first phase concerns 158 students from the Higher Cycle , determined to absorb the values that underpin public service and life in society.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Manzan Thibault , Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Ms. Oulaï Corinne , Director of General Studies and Training, represented the Director General of ENA, Mr. Narcisse Sépy Yessoh . Both urged the students to demonstrate discipline, diligence, and responsibility , reminding them that these principles form the foundation of any nation and must guide the actions of every future public administrator.
Under the supervision of Commander Hilaire Zagadou , the training aims to instill a spirit of discipline, a sense of order, a culture of service, and respect for civic values. The Commander encouraged the students to approach this experience with rigor, commitment, and determination .
The program includes several modules, including:
-Civic and moral education,
-team cohesion and teamwork,
-close-order drills,
-as well as etiquette and ethics.
In total, 915 students from all cycles of the ENA will take part in this training, initiated since 2023 in partnership with the National Gendarmerie .
The stated objective is clear: to train disciplined, responsible and committed leaders in service to the Nation .
