On Tuesday, May 12, 2026, the Plateau business district buzzed with the energy of textiles. Around twenty wholesale traders from the Abidjan district gathered to meet with the industry leader, Uniwax . The goal? To align production with women's actual tastes and emotional needs.

This meeting marked the official launch of the campaign dedicated to mothers, placing female traders at the center of the creative strategy.

"Variable Geometry": An ode to African heritage

The company used this platform to unveil its new special collection, entitled "Variable Geometry." This series of patterns draws its strength from the immediate environment and culture of the continent:

1. Inspirations: Modern architecture, natural landscapes and scenes from everyday life.
2. Strong symbolism: The fan, the flagship of the collection, embodies refinement and change.
3. Celebrations: Abstract motifs evoking rituals, traditional dances and major life events, such as marriage.

“Our designers drew inspiration from architectural forms and elements of our environment. This collection includes 12 patterns , each available in five color variations ,” explained Sandra Manouan , Marketing and Communication Director at Uniwax.
