The Ivorian government is taking action to strengthen national sanitation. The Ministry of State, Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Modernization has officially launched a direct recruitment drive to hire 3,000 new hygiene workers .

These future agents will be deployed throughout the Ivorian territory to meet the growing public health needs.

📋 Application requirements

To apply, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Nationality: To be Ivorian.
2. Diploma: Must hold the CEPE (Certificate of Elementary Primary Studies).
3. Age: Must be between 18 and 42 years old (as of December 31, 2025).

🗓️ Calendar and Online Registration

The procedure is entirely digital via the official portal: www.fonctionpublique.gouv.ci .

1. Registration period: From March 16 to April 30, 2026.
2. Documents to scan: * Identity document (National Identity Card or Passport).
3. Extract from birth certificate.
4. Required diploma (CEPE).
5. CMU card or receipt.

Note: The physical steps (digital photo taken and declaration of honor) will take place in the regional offices in: Abidjan, Abengourou, Bondoukou, Bouaké, Daloa, Gagnoa, Korhogo, Man, San-Pedro and Yamoussoukro.

💰 Participation fees

The total cost of registration breaks down as follows:

1. Registration fee: 23,500 CFA francs.
2. Digital kit: 7,500 CFA francs.
