Under the national theme "Volunteering in the Service of Community Leisure Development," this 2026 edition emphasizes that the State cannot act alone. For the Minister, the sector's growth depends on a synergy between public action and the voluntary involvement of citizens and associations.

“Volunteering is a noble expression of citizenship. It embodies solidarity and makes leisure activities accessible to everyone, even in our most remote communities,” he stated.
