L'ISTC Polytechnique s'installe à Bouaké : Amadou Coulibaly annonce le grand pas vers la décentralisation
Academic excellence is being exported within Ivory Coast. On the occasion of the Scientific Day of the Institute of Communication Sciences and Techniques (ISTC) Polytechnic, on Saturday, June 20, 2026, the Minister of Communication and government spokesperson, Amadou Coulibaly , officially announced the upcoming opening of a new branch in Bouaké.
