The Minister of Digital Transition and Technological Innovation, Djibril Ouattara , launched a strategic capacity-building seminar in Abidjan on Tuesday, March 26, 2026. Under the theme " Managerial Experience: Building High Performance ," this initiative aims to transform the management culture within his administration.

For the minister, the success of Ivory Coast's digital transformation — a pillar of the presidential vision for a West African digital hub — no longer depends solely on tools. It now relies on human agility .

"The performance of public administrations depends on the quality of management and the ability to adapt to the rapid changes of digital technology," said Djibril Ouattara during his opening speech.

The training, which will last three days, targets senior officials within the ministry to address three major challenges:
