Partenariat INP-HB et Limak Afrique : Un tremplin pour les futures femmes ingénieurs
Academic excellence for women is opening new horizons. On Friday, January 23, 2026, in Abidjan, the Houphouët-Boigny National Polytechnic Institute (INP-HB) and the Limak Africa group forged a strategic alliance. The goal? To offer international career opportunities to the institute's top female engineering students.
At the heart of this convention is the Global Engineer Girls (GEG) program. Already deployed in seven countries, this philanthropic and educational project aims to break the glass ceiling in technical professions.
The beneficiaries, selected based on their academic results, will benefit from a comprehensive ecosystem to boost their careers:
For Erden Oner, Managing Director of Limak Africa, the challenge goes beyond the simple framework of engineering. The ambition is to create a true female "workforce" capable of exporting its expertise.
"We offer the opportunity to be hired in our structures in Africa, but also internationally," he specified.
The success of the model is undeniable: in Turkey, the program has already trained more than 500 professionals in ten years, enabling a thousand young women to enter the Turkish job market every decade.
Moussa Diaby, Director General of INP-HB, welcomed this collaboration, which aligns with the institution's mission: to train the technical professionals essential for the development of Côte d'Ivoire. By investing in these young talents, INP-HB ensures that the next generation of leaders in the industrial sector is not only secure but also more inclusive.
