The Ministry of State, in charge of the Civil Service, officially launches the direct recruitment competition for Administrative Secretaries (Grade B3) for the 2026 session. With 100 places available throughout the national territory, this is a major opportunity for Ivorian graduates to join the public administration.

📋 Application requirements

To apply, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Nationality: Ivorian only.
2. Qualification: Must hold a Bachelor 's degree.
3. Age: Must be between 18 and 42 years old on December 31, 2025.

🗓️ Calendar and Registration

The procedures are carried out exclusively online via the official portal: www.fonctionpublique.gouv.ci .

1. Opening: Monday, March 16, 2026
2. Closing date: Thursday, April 30, 2026

📂 Digital File and Fees

Prepare the following scanned documents for your registration:

1. Valid national identity card or passport.
2. Extract from birth certificate (or supplementary judgment) dated 2026.
3. Required diploma (with equivalency certificate for foreign diplomas).
4. CMU enrollment card or receipt.

Total cost: 31,000 CFA francs (Details: 23,500 CFA francs registration fee + 7,500 CFA francs for the digital kit).

Note: The digital photo and the signing of the declaration of honor are done in person in one of the 10 regional offices (Abidjan, Yamoussoukro, Bouaké, etc.).

✍️ Nature of the tests

The competition is based on three pillars of evaluation:

1. Logic (Numerical aptitude and reasoning).
2. HOPAJ (History, Political and Administrative Organization, and Judicial).
3. General dissertation.
