The sanctions affect the Federation, certain members of the technical staff, and players from the national team. They include financial fines and individual disciplinary measures . The FSF specifies that it will cover all financial penalties related to this case.
While accepting the decision, the Senegalese Football Federation reaffirms its commitment to respecting the rules , sporting ethics, and preserving the image of Senegalese football on the continental stage. It also emphasizes its desire to maintain responsible institutional relations with African football governing bodies.
This choice marks the end of a controversial episode and opens a new phase for the Lions of Teranga, who are now called upon to fully concentrate on the upcoming sporting events.
