According to the daily newspaper El País , the young star of Barça and the Spanish national team is about to make a spectacular real estate acquisition. The player is preparing to buy the former villa of Shakira and Gerard Piqué, a luxury residential complex located in Esplugues de Llobregat, near Barcelona.
Listed for sale after the famous couple's separation in 2022, the property is valued at around €11 million . The vast estate covers 3,800 m² of land and consists of a main house and two outbuildings.
Lamine Yamal's future residence offers high-end amenities, including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, a gym, a wine cellar, and even a recording studio.
A true haven of peace that should offer the young footballer an ideal setting to recharge his batteries away from the media pressure. The Spanish international is reportedly considering moving there with his partner, Nicki Nicole.
