Transport routier : la DGTTC lance une opération spéciale de mise en conformité
The Directorate General of Land Transport and Traffic (DGTTC) has announced the launch of a special operation to bring vehicles into compliance on the national territory.
According to the announcement published on the official page of the DGTTC, this operation begins on February 24, 2026 and aims to regularize certain administrative and technical situations related to vehicles in circulation.
This initiative is part of the modernization and streamlining of the land transport sector. Its aims include:
-Correct administrative irregularities;
-Bring the registrations into compliance;
-Strengthen the reliability of vehicle-related data;
-Improve road safety.
The operation is particularly relevant to owners of vehicles with anomalies related to the chassis or registration.
The operations will take place at the Palmeraie , in the Kpandji premises .
The cost for compliance is set at 100,000 CFA francs . However, users are advised to register beforehand with the DGTTC services before going to the indicated site.
The authorities recommend that those concerned bring the necessary administrative documents (registration certificate, identity document, import documents if applicable) in order to facilitate the processing of their file.
Through this special operation, the DGTTC intends to continue its efforts to guarantee better traceability of vehicles and to combat irregularities that could compromise safety and transparency in the land transport sector.
