Industrie du Cajou : La CCI-CI booste les capacités de l'entreprise ivoirienne Sobery
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Côte d'Ivoire (CCI-CI) reaffirms its role as a catalyst for the private sector. Thanks to its financial intermediation, Sobery , a leading industrial company based in Bouaké, has just acquired state-of-the-art equipment for processing cashew nuts.
On April 15, 2026, a delegation from the CCI-CI, led by Dr. Paul Dakuyo , president of the Bouaké regional delegation, visited the production site. The objective: to oversee the installation of this new, state-of-the-art equipment.
This guided tour, led by industrial engineer Inza Zié Coulibaly , highlighted the scale of the investment. For Dr. Dakuyo, this modernization is a direct response to national ambitions.
"This initiative is in line with President Alassane Ouattara's vision, which aims for a processing rate of at least 30% for our agricultural products, compared to the current 18-20%."
The integration of these new technologies is radically transforming Sobery's operating model. The expected benefits are numerous:
Dr. Paul Dakuyo commended the efficiency of government services, which, through streamlined administrative and customs procedures, enabled the rapid implementation of this project. On behalf of the national president of the CCI-CI (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Côte d'Ivoire), Fama Touré , he congratulated the Sobery management team for their boldness.
For Sobery, this support from the Chamber of Commerce is an essential growth driver. This partnership perfectly illustrates Côte d'Ivoire's progress towards industrialization driven by national capital and talent.
