Transformation digitale : L'UVCI booste les compétences numériques du Groupe Fraternité Matin
The Virtual University of Côte d'Ivoire (UVCI) launched an intensive training session on Thursday, June 25, 2026, for twelve employees of the Fraternité Matin Group. Coming from the Editorial Department, the Information Systems Department (DSI), and the Human Resources Department (DRH), these employees are equipping themselves to meet the new technological challenges facing the media.
This initiative embodies the strategic partnership between UVCI and the Société nouvelle de presse et d'édition de Côte d'Ivoire (SNPECI). Its objective? To support media professionals in their digital transformation and modernize their daily practices.
Over two days, participants will explore key themes essential to the modernization of a modern press company:
"I encourage you to make this session a privileged framework for exchanges, sharing of experiences and innovation, promoting the co-construction of knowledge." — Dr. Georges Nogbou , Director of the UFR Computer Science and Digital Sciences at UVCI.
Beyond simple technical learning, this training session lays the groundwork for an ethical use of artificial intelligence in the Ivorian media landscape.
The organizers warmly welcomed the involvement of the two leaders behind this synergy: Professor Koné Tiémoman (President of UVCI) and Serge Abdel Nouho (General Manager of SNPECI), whose shared vision helps propel media professionals towards the information of tomorrow.
