MTN Côte d'Ivoire lance "Y’ello PME" : La solution tout-en-un pour la digitalisation des petites entreprises
Mobile phone operator MTN Côte d'Ivoire has taken a decisive step in supporting the Ivorian private sector. On Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the Sofitel Hotel Ivoire in Abidjan, the company officially launched Y'ello PME , an integrated and turnkey digital solution specifically designed to accelerate the digital transformation of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
According to Jonathan Bollou, Deputy Sales Director in charge of SMEs at MTN Côte d'Ivoire, this initiative responds to a clear finding from an internal study: SMEs, which represent approximately 96% of the national entrepreneurial fabric , are held back by major challenges such as connectivity , online visibility and financial management .
"Small businesses need a phone number to be reachable, internet access to be visible, and digital solutions to manage their transactions and finances," Mr. Bollou reminded.
To overcome these obstacles, Y'ello PME brings together all the essential tools for the modern operation of a business. The offer includes:
The solution starts with a basic offer at 14,900 FCFA , complemented by tiered packages at 24,900 FCFA, 44,900 FCFA and 79,900 FCFA , allowing SMEs to choose the level of connectivity and services they need.
MTN specifies that Y'ello PME is designed for flexibility: it can be deployed across multiple sites within the same entity, with billing centralized at headquarters. Furthermore, businesses located in eligible areas automatically switch to fiber optics , ensuring maximum performance.
The operator's stated ambition is to position itself as the trusted partner of Ivorian SMEs. "We want to allow them to focus on their economic and financial performance, without worrying about the technical aspects," concluded Mr. Bollou.
