Malakoff : une femme tuée par son ex-compagnon, un nouveau féminicide choque la ville
Malakoff, in the Hauts-de-Seine, was the scene of another domestic tragedy, bringing the number of femicides recorded in France since the beginning of 2025 to 143. A woman lost her life while simply collecting her personal belongings from the home of her ex-partner.
According to initial findings of the investigation, an argument broke out between the two former partners. The man then allegedly violently assaulted the victim before being apprehended by police a few minutes later. Taken into custody, he now faces murder charges.
The victim, who was seriously injured, could not be saved despite the rapid intervention of emergency services. The city of Malakoff expressed its profound sadness and anger at this latest femicide, reiterating the urgent need to strengthen the fight against violence against women.
The investigation is continuing to establish precisely the sequence of events and determine the circumstances that led to this tragic act.
