Air Côte d’Ivoire : 32 futurs talents de l'aviation s'envolent pour l'Éthiopie
The national airline has reached a decisive milestone in its Ab Initio program. On April 20, 2026, 32 student pilots and mechanics from the third graduating class left Abidjan for Addis Ababa. There, they will begin a 19-month intensive training program.
After completing five months of theoretical courses in Yamoussoukro, this cohort is entering the crucial phase of its two-year program. The objective is clear: to transform academic knowledge into practical skills.
This technical partnership with Ethiopia allows Air Côte d'Ivoire to train its managers according to the strictest international standards. By relying on this local talent pool, the company pursues two major objectives:
"This technical immersion aims to provide Ivory Coast with qualified professionals capable of meeting the challenges of modern aviation." — Company management.
By investing in youth and technical expertise, Air Côte d'Ivoire ensures sustainable development driven by strengthened national skills.
