📚 École de Gendarmerie d'Abidjan : Coup d'envoi du Séminaire Pédagogique 2025-2026
The Abidjan Gendarmerie School (EGA) marked the beginning of its preparations for the new academic year with the solemn opening of its 2025-2026 teaching seminar this Monday in its Kraidy amphitheater.
Placed under the chairmanship of Brigadier General M'bahia Patrick Alexandre , Commander of schools and training centers, this key meeting made it possible to draw lessons from the 2024-2025 academic year, the results of which proved to be very satisfactory.
Colonel-Major Camara Kinanya Alain , Commandant of the school, did not hide his pride in past achievements:
"All levels of training have achieved satisfactory results and several trophies have been won in sports competitions, thus honoring the school and the gendarmerie," he stressed, while praising the commitment of the staff to the success of the teaching activities.
This year's seminar is structured around the essential theme: "Importance of loyalty in the execution of the supervisor's mission" .

At the conclusion of the opening ceremony, Brigadier General M'bahia Patrick Alexandre congratulated the command for its sustained efforts. He then called upon all participants for their full commitment , emphasizing the need to maintain a high level of training . This requirement is directly aligned with the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the National Gendarmerie, Lieutenant General Alexandre Apalo Touré .
The educational seminar, which began on Monday, November 3, will be held until Friday, November 7, 2025 , thus preparing the Gendarmerie School of Abidjan to best welcome the 2025-2026 class.
